From Broward County, FL: Detectives are seeking a suspect who is targeting elderly residents by posing as a trusted professional. The suspect gains access to apartments and steals financial cards and information. This individual was previously arrested for a similar crime and was released from jail in May 2026.
At least two new cases have been identified. An earlier investigation began after a report of exploitation at the B’nai B’rith apartments, where a woman posed as a caregiver to access a victim's bank card.
